This policy explains how Arvinify Technology Inc. handles information on arvinify.com. Individual apps may include a product-specific privacy policy linked from their App Store page.

Website information

This studio website does not require an account. When you submit our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and the project details you provide. The form sends these details to our business inbox. We keep a request reference, a content fingerprint and an email delivery reference to prevent duplicate submissions; records older than seven days are removed when new requests are processed; message content is not saved in the website database. Short-lived, hashed connection identifiers help limit spam.

How visitors find us

During your browsing session, we may keep a campaign label, referring website domain and landing-page path in your browser’s session storage. If you submit a project request, these labels are included in the email so we can understand which channels bring enquiries. We do not use this feature to send marketing emails or share data with advertising networks. You can also tell us how you found us using the optional form field.

App privacy

Our apps are designed to minimise data collection. Many products work locally on your device and do not require an account. Because features differ, the policy for each app is the authoritative description of its camera, photo, journal, purchase or other data handling.

How we use contact information

We use messages to answer support questions, investigate technical issues and respond to legitimate business enquiries. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Our website runs on Cloudflare through ChatGPT Sites. Contact-form email is delivered by Resend to our business email provider. Apple processes App Store downloads and purchases under Apple’s own terms and privacy practices.

Retention and choices

We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for support, legal and security purposes. You may request access, correction or deletion of information you sent to us, subject to legal obligations.
