Do I need to rebuild my website?
Usually no. Website Rescue is intentionally focused on targeted repairs. We fix what's broken and leave the rest of your site alone unless you specifically ask for more.
What access will you need?
It depends on the platform. Shopify usually needs collaborator access, WordPress needs admin or hosting access, and a custom codebase needs repository access. We request only what the specific fix requires, nothing more.
Can you fix Shopify?
Yes. Product page issues, cart and checkout problems, theme and Liquid glitches, and other frontend ecommerce problems are core to what we do.
Can you work with React or Next.js?
Yes. We debug and apply targeted production fixes to React and Next.js frontends without rewriting your application.
